From Stress to Strength: Sharing my Postpartum Weightloss Journey

Imagine this scenario: juggling a newborn on one side, work-related stress on the other, and a myriad of emotions in between. This was the reality I faced after welcoming my baby into the world. Managing breastfeeding while trying to keep up with work demands proved to be a genuine challenge.

Fast forward to my child's first birthday, and a pivotal moment occurred. It was time to shift the focus onto my own well-being. In this discussion, I delve into the decision to embrace change and the hurdles encountered along the way.

Six months later, I found myself shedding 25 pounds and losing 15 inches – a remarkable transformation, but not without its challenges. Join me as I candidly discuss the highs, lows, and everything in between.
